  • Contains: lidocaine hydrochloride and cetylpyridinium chloride

  • Pharmaceutical waste should be returned to community pharmacies

CALGEL® Teething Gel quickly alleviates the pain of  teething* and soothes your baby’s sore gums with a mild anaesthetic. It also has a mild antiseptic to help fight infection.

*When other non-medicinal methods, such as massaging of the gums or use of teething rings, do not provide necessary relief. Can be used from 5 months. For short-term use of no more than 7 days, where non-medicated methods have not provided relief. . Always read the label.

Infants over 5 months

Pea-sized amount

Rub gel on affected area of gum up to 6 times a day

  • Wash your hands thoroughly.

  • Apply a pea-sized amount (0.2. grams) of CALGEL® Teething Gel with a clean finger to the affected area of gum.

  • The dose may be repeated after 3 hours, if necessary.

  • For use up to a maximum of 6 doses in 24 hours.

  • Treatment should be stopped once symptoms have resolved.

  • Do not use more than one product containing lidocaine at the same time.

Delivery will be charged at £5.49 for orders to the value of £49.99 or less within Northern Ireland

Delivery will be charged at £5.99 for orders to the value of £49.99 or less within Great Britain standard postcodes.

Orders over the value of £50.00 will be free of charge (applicable to orders delivered to Great Britain (standard postcodes) and Northern Ireland).

Delivery will be charged at €7.95 for deliveries to the Republic of Ireland. With Free delivery for orders over £60.

We also deliver to postcodes in the following regions:

Chemavet intend to deliver all orders within 3 working days whenever possible. The term 'working days' means Monday-Friday, excluding bank and legal holidays. It is possible that an order may be delayed due to no fault of our own; we at Chemavet have the right to extend this delivery period for a maximum of ten days after the order was placed before cancellation or refund can occur.

We will endeavour to dispatch all orders placed before 12.00 noon Monday to Friday on the same day (excluding Bank Holidays).

If the courier has tried to contact you with the product within the ten working days you will not be eligible for the refund.
