Firstly, the most effective way to take Hempful CBD oil 250mg Spray is sublingual, under your tongue. By ingesting CBD under your tongue you maximise the absorption into your bloodstream. Additionally, you should hold the CBD under your tongue for 90-120 seconds before swallowing for the best results.

Everyone reacts differently to CBD. Therefore, we recommend you start with a low dosage and gradually build up the amount of mgs per day you take until you get the desired effect. So start with 1 spray 3 times a day and increase as required.

Hempful CBD 250mg Spray is a Food Supplement and should not be used as a substitute for a balanced diet. Do not exceed 70mg per day.

Orders over the value of £50.00 will be free of charge (applicable to orders delivered to Great Britain (standard postcodes) and Northern Ireland).

Delivery will be charged at €7.95 for deliveries to the Republic of Ireland. With Free delivery for orders over £60.
