The Hot & Cold Wrist Brace features a built-in, reusable gel pack that is microwavable or freezable for targeted, easy to apply hot or cold therapy to help relieve discomfort while gently supporting your wrist.

The reversible design of the Hot & Cold Wrist Therapy Brace means the brace can be worn on either the left or right hand while the removable splint allows the user to customise the tension and support to the desired level. HOT THERAPY - helps relieve stiffness, fatigue and relax tight muscles COLD THERAPY - helps treat swelling, sprains, strains and bruising

INSTRUCTIONS: Lay the brace flat in a microwave for a maximum of 5-10 seconds. Allow 1 minute before removing the brace from the microwave. Test before applying, the brace should feel warm NOT HOT. If additional time is needed, heat in 5 second intervals. Always flip the brace between intervals. Time is rated for a 600-700 watt microwave. CAUTION: Do not overheat. If overheated too much heat can be transferred to the skin and cause burns. Do not use with external analgesic products. Do not apply to broken or sensitive skin. COOLING INSTRUCTIONS: Place in the freezer for at least 2 hours before applying. CAUTION: Cold Therapy not to be used for individuals with known or suspected circulatory problems. Not to be used in excess of 20 minutes at a time.
CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS: Use cold water and hand wash with mild soap. Rinse thoroughly and air dry away from heat and sunlight. ONE SIZE FITS ALL - Based on standard sizing. This product contains natural rubber latex and neoprene which may cause allergic reactions or skin irritations in some individuals. If rash develops or pain persists or increases, discontinue us and consult your doctor. PLEASE READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS AND WARNINGS ON CARTON AND INSERT CAREFULLY BEFORE USE FOR COMPLETE SAFETY AND USAGE INFORMATION. USE ONLY AS DIRECTED.

You can choose to collect your order from our pharmacy in Cushendall (8 Mill Street Cushendall, BT440RR). Please allow up to 1 working day for your order to be available. You will receive an email when your order is ready for collection. This service is FREE.

Delivery will be charged at £5.49 for orders to the value of £49.99 or less within Northern Ireland

Delivery will be charged at £5.99 for orders to the value of £49.99 or less within Great Britain standard postcodes.

Orders over the value of £50.00 will be free of charge (applicable to orders delivered to Great Britain (standard postcodes) and Northern Ireland).

Delivery will be charged at €7.95 for deliveries to the Republic of Ireland. With Free delivery for orders over £60.
