What is the Suresign menopause test?

The Suresign menopause test detects follicle stimulating hormones (FSH) in urine to aid in the detection of menopause (also known as an FSH test for menopause, or simply as a menopause urine test).

The Suresign menopause test is a simple and easy-to-use home menopause test that can return over 99% accurate results in just 3 minutes.

How does the Suresign menopause test work?

The Suresign menopause test works by detecting the presence of follicle stimulating hormones (FSH) in urine. FSH is a hormone that is produced by the pituitary gland to help regulate ovulation. As a woman approaches menopause, their FSH levels tend to rise because the ovaries become less responsive to FSH. Suresign menopause tests detect this change in FSH levels, aiding in the detection of menopause.

How to use the Suresign menopause test

To use the Suresign menopause test, take one (1) of the two devices provided in the menopause test kit and remove it from its protective sachet. Take off the cap and hold the absorbent tip of the device under a urine stream for at least 10 seconds or in a urine sample for at least 10 seconds. Do not expose the testing window (where the results show) to urine.

Once the 10 seconds have elapsed, put the cap back on the device and place the device on a dry and flat surface with the results window facing upwards. Please wait for 3 minutes before reading the results.

To confirm whether the device indicates a positive menopause test, two lines will appear in the C region of the testing window of the device. If the line in the C region of the testing window is lighter than before, the test is also deemed to be positive.

To confirm whether the device indicates a negative menopause test, only one line will appear in the C region of the testing window of the device. If there is a faded line in the T region of the testing window of the device, the test is also deemed to be negative.

If one (1) line is visible in the T region of the testing window of the device after using it, the results are deemed inaccurate and require another test.

Please make sure to place the device on a clean surface and wash hands thoroughly before and after to avoid contamination and the spread of bacteria.

Here are some additional tips for using the Suresign menopause test kit:

• Make sure that the test device and urine sample are at room temperature before testing
• Do not open the test device pouch until you are ready to use it
• Do not overfill the test device with urine

How long does it take for the Suresign menopause test to work?

The Suresign test for menopause takes at least 3 minutes to return results. Thereafter, test results remain accurate for 10 minutes.
