Product Description Trymox LA 150mg/ml is a broad spectrum antibiotic containing 150mg/ml of Amoxicillin (as amoxicillin trihydrate) for the treatment of a wide range of infections of the respiratory tract, alimentary tract, urogenital tract, skin and soft tissue caused by bacteria sensitive to amoxicillin in cattle, sheep, pigs, dogs and cats. Legal Category POM-V PLEASE NOTE: A prescription issued by a UK registered vet (MRCVS) is required before this item can be dispatched.

Dose & Administration

Shake vigorously to achieve full suspension before use

15mg Amoxicillin per kg bodyweight
This is equivalent to 1 ml Trymox LA per 10 kg bodyweight

Intramuscular use only – Cattle, sheep and pigs
Subcutaneous or intramuscular use – Dogs and cats

If dose volume exceeds 15 ml in cattle and 4 ml in sheep and pigs, it should be divided and injected into two or more sites.


Withdrawals

Cattle:

  • Meat and offal: 39 days
  • Milk: 108 hours  (4.5  days)

Pigs:  

  • Meat and offal: 42 days

Sheep:  

  • Meat and offal: 29 days
  • Milk: Not authorised  for use in sheep producing  milk for human consumption.

Delivery will be charged at £5.49 for orders to the value of £49.99 or less within Northern Ireland

Delivery will be charged at £5.99 for orders to the value of £49.99 or less within Great Britain standard postcodes.

Orders over the value of £50.00 will be free of charge (applicable to orders delivered to Great Britain (standard postcodes) and Northern Ireland).

Delivery will be charged at €7.95 for deliveries to the Republic of Ireland. With Free delivery for orders over £60.
