How to use?

We believe that pain relief should be simple and easy to use. That’s why using Voltarol Back & Muscle Pain Relief 1.16% Gel couldn’t be easier.

  • Twist off the cap of your Voltarol Back & Muscle Pain relief tube, the first time you use it break the tamper seal using the indent in the top of the cap.

  • Squeeze out the amount of gel you need. The amount of gel needed will vary depending upon the size of the painful or swollen area. An amount ranging in size from a 1 penny to 2 pence coin will usually be sufficient.

  • Gently rub the gel into your skin where you have pain or swelling.

  • Apply 3 to 4 times a day. Do not apply more than 4 times in any 24-hour period.

  • Start to regain your joy of movement.

Voltarol Back & Muscle Pain Relief 1.16% Gel should not be used for more than 7 days for soft-tissue injuries or soft tissue rheumatism. If symptoms persist after 7 days or get worse at any time, medical advice should be sought. The gel is not recommended for use in children under 14 years of age. Always read the label.

You can choose to collect your order from our pharmacy in Cushendall (8 Mill Street Cushendall, BT440RR). Please allow up to 1 working day for your order to be available. You will receive an email when your order is ready for collection. This service is FREE.

Delivery will be charged at £5.49 for orders to the value of £49.99 or less within Northern Ireland

Delivery will be charged at £5.99 for orders to the value of £49.99 or less within Great Britain standard postcodes.

Orders over the value of £50.00 will be free of charge (applicable to orders delivered to Great Britain (standard postcodes) and Northern Ireland).

Delivery will be charged at €7.95 for deliveries to the Republic of Ireland. With Free delivery for orders over £60.

We also deliver to postcodes in the following regions:

Chemavet intend to deliver all orders within 3 working days whenever possible. The term 'working days' means Monday-Friday, excluding bank and legal holidays. It is possible that an order may be delayed due to no fault of our own; we at Chemavet have the right to extend this delivery period for a maximum of ten days after the order was placed before cancellation or refund can occur.

We will endeavour to dispatch all orders placed before 12.00 noon Monday to Friday on the same day (excluding Bank Holidays).

Please allow extra delivery time for some areas of Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands and the Republic of Ireland

If the courier has tried to contact you with the product within the ten working days you will not be eligible for the refund.

In the unlikely event that an item is out of stock, your order will be cancelled. We will contact you by email, to either refund or amend your order.
