You can choose to collect your order from our pharmacy in Cushendall (8 Mill Street Cushendall, BT440RR). Please allow up to 1 working day for your order to be available. You will receive an email when your order is ready for collection. This service is FREE. Delivery will be charged at £5.49 for orders to the value of £49.99 or less within Northern Ireland. Delivery will be charged at £5.99 for orders to the value of £49.99 or less within Great Britain standard postcodes. Orders over the value of £50.00 will be free of charge (applicable to orders delivered to Great Britain (standard postcodes) and Northern Ireland). Delivery will be charged at €7.95 for deliveries to the Republic of Ireland. With Free delivery for orders over £60.

Depending on your location your order may be sent via courier or with Royal Mail post. However once your order is placed you will receive an email with the delivery information.

You will need to phone your local Vet that the animal is under care of and request a prescription for the medicine. If you have any problems you can give us a ring 02821771523.

The order you place can be cancelled up until the point you receive confirmation from us of dispatch. If the item you have ordered is damaged or faulty please email chemavet.sales@gmail.com with notice of intent to return goods and quote your order number.

After receiving a reply, you should then post the goods to:

It is your responsibility as the customer for returning goods to Chemavet. If the returns are not prompt there will be a delay on the refund. You are also liable for costs unless the product is faulty or delivered in error.
