Apoquel is used in dogs to treat pruritus (itching) associated with allergic dermatitis (inflammation of the skin). It is also used in dogs to treat atopic dermatitis. Type: Antibiotics, Dermatitis, Diarrhea, Flea Allergy, Itchy, Parasiticide, Skin Irritation PLEASE NOTE: A prescription issued by a UK registered vet (MRCVS) is required before this item can be dispatched.

Apoquel is a vet prescription product used to treat allergic skin disease in dogs. This may be due to allergens such as grass, pollen, dust, fleas, food, and contact reactions from products such as dog shampoo. Apoquel is an anti-inflammatory. Allergic reactions can cause swelling, as can irritation from excessive itching. Apoquel can help to reduce this inflammation and help your dog to feel more comfortable.

Apoquel tablets can be given to dogs on either a short term or long term basis. Your vet will provide instructions on how long you should administer the medication to your dog. 

Whilst some dogs may be on Apoquel for a number of days, in some cases it could be used for years. There are studies in which dogs have used Apoquel for 2 years in order to control allergy symptoms. The majority of the time, recommended use will be much shorter than this however.

You can choose to collect your order from our pharmacy in Cushendall (8 Mill Street Cushendall, BT440RR). Please allow up to 1 working day for your order to be available. You will receive an email when your order is ready for collection. This service is FREE.

Delivery will be charged at £5.49 for orders to the value of £49.99 or less within Northern Ireland

Delivery will be charged at £5.99 for orders to the value of £49.99 or less within Great Britain standard postcodes.

Orders over the value of £50.00 will be free of charge (applicable to orders delivered to Great Britain (standard postcodes) and Northern Ireland).

Delivery will be charged at €7.95 for deliveries to the Republic of Ireland. With Free delivery for orders over £60.

If the courier has tried to contact you with the product within the ten working days you will not be eligible for the refund.
