The enzyme lactase is used by the body to help break down lactose, a type of sugar that is found primarily in dairy products like milk and cheese. For people who are lactose intolerant, it is harder for the body to properly digest lactose. Lifeplan's Lactase Enzyme capsules contain the recommended intake of active lactase enzyme suggested to improve the digestion of lactose in 3 capsules. When taken before eating any products containing dairy, lactase can improve digestion in those who have difficulty digesting lactose.

Bulking Agents (Brown Rice Flour, Dicalcium Phosphate, Maltodextrin), Vegetarian Capsule Shell (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose), Lactase Enzyme.

Free from artificial colours, flavourings and preservatives.

Suitable for Vegetarians.

Recommended Intake

Take three capsules with a little cold liquid immediately before eating foods which contain milk and dairy.
Do not exceed the recommended intake.
Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet and healthy lifestyle.

Delivery will be charged at £5.99 for orders to the value of £49.99 or less within Great Britain standard postcodes.

Orders over the value of £50.00 will be free of charge (applicable to orders delivered to Great Britain (standard postcodes) and Northern Ireland).

Delivery will be charged at €7.95 for deliveries to the Republic of Ireland. With Free delivery for orders over £60.
