Valupak ValuCalm Capsules contain a combination of Ashwagandha, magnesium and vitamin B6 to help promote a sense of calmness. Ashwagandha is an adaptogenic herb in traditional Ayurvedic medicine that is recognised for its potential benefits in promoting relaxation and alleviating stress. It may assist the body in adapting to stressors by regulating cortisol levels (the hormone associated with stress). Studies have shown that Ashwagandha may have an anxiolytic effect, reducing symptoms of anxiety and fostering a sense of calmness. Its ability to modulate stress responses, coupled with potential neuroprotective propertiesm can contribute to improved mood and regulation. Users often report a reduction on stress-related symptoms, better sleep quality and overall enhanced well-being, however individual responses may vary.

Adults: Take one capsule per day with food or liquid, or as recommnded by physician. Do not take more than the recommended intake.

Ingredients: Bulking Agent (Brown Rice Flour-Gluten Free), Ashwagandha KSM-66 (as Ashwagandha 10:1 Root Extract), Withanolides, Magnesium (as Magnesium Bisglycinate), Vitamin B6 (as Pyridoxine Hydrochloride), Shell (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose).

Delivery will be charged at £5.99 for orders to the value of £49.99 or less within Great Britain standard postcodes.

Orders over the value of £50.00 will be free of charge (applicable to orders delivered to Great Britain (standard postcodes) and Northern Ireland).

Delivery will be charged at €7.95 for deliveries to the Republic of Ireland. With Free delivery for orders over £60.
