The first thing to know about Viagra Connect is that it contains the same active ingredient as Viagra, sildenafil citrate. Sildenafil is a PDE-5 inhibitor and works by temporarily increasing blood flow to the penis, which allows you to achieve an erection and maintain it during sex.

Because Viagra & Viagra Connect both contain sildenafil, they work in the same way.

How long do Viagra Connect effects last?

Viagra Connect takes effect in as little as 25mins , however many men are able to achieve and maintain an erection up to four hours after taking a single 50mg pill. The recommended dose of Viagra Connect is one 50mg tablet taken with water approximately one hour before sexual activity.

What are the side effects of Viagra Connect?

As with any medication there are always possible side effects, the most common being:

  • Headache
  • Facial flushing
  • Nausea
  • Nasal congestion
  • Dizziness
  • Blurred or blue-tinted vision
  • Indigestion and heartburn 

Viagra Connect 50mg film-coated tablets. Contains sildenafil. For erection problems in men. Always read the label.

You must STOP TAKING Viagra Connect and seek medical attention IMMEDIATELY if you experience any of the following:

  • Chest pain
  • A persistent and sometimes painful erection lasting longer than 4 hours
  • A sudden decrease or loss of vision
  • An allergic reaction such as wheeziness, difficulty breathing or dizziness, swelling of the eyelids, face, lips or throat
  • Serious skin reaction
  • Seizures or fits

Delivery will be charged at €7.95 for deliveries to the Republic of Ireland. With Free delivery for orders over £60.

Chemavet intend to deliver all orders within 3 working days whenever possible. The term 'working days' means Monday-Friday, excluding bank and legal holidays.
