Recommended Use

  • Daily Wellbeing: Take 2–3 tablets once or twice daily as part of your regular wellness routine.
  • Flexible Use: If desired, increase to 2–3 tablets every 3 hours, including once during the night.
  • Occasional Use: Take 2–3g tablets before and after specific triggers. Continue with 2–3 tablets every 3 hours for up to 48 hours.

Delivery will be charged at £5.99 for orders to the value of £49.99 or less within Great Britain standard postcodes.

Orders over the value of £50.00 will be free of charge (applicable to orders delivered to Great Britain (standard postcodes) and Northern Ireland).

Delivery will be charged at €7.95 for deliveries to the Republic of Ireland. With Free delivery for orders over £60.
