Recommended Use

Age Daily Maintenance Max Dose
3-6 Years Old 15mg per kg body weight twice a day up to a maximum of 250mg a dose. Six doses of 30mg per kg body weight up to a maximum of 250mg a dose.
7 - 12 Years
 250mg (approximately 1/8th of a level teaspoon). 500mg (approximately a quarter of a level teaspoon) six times in any 24 hours.
13 - 16 Years
 500mg (approximately a quarter of a level teaspoon) twice a day. 1000mg (approximately half of a level teaspoon) six times in any 24 hours.


Measuring Guide:

  • 0.25g / 250mg = Eighth of a level teaspoon
  • 0.5g / 500mg = Quarter of a level teaspoon
  • 1g / 1000mg = Half a level teaspoon
  • 2g / 2000mg = One level teaspoon
  • 3g / 3000mg = One heaped teaspoon

Tip: Waterfall D-Mannose can be added to your child's school water bottle - mix the required D-Mannose dose based on the average amount of water consumed at school & length of time at school.

You can choose to collect your order from our pharmacy in Cushendall (8 Mill Street Cushendall, BT440RR). Please allow up to 1 working day for your order to be available. You will receive an email when your order is ready for collection. This service is FREE.

Delivery will be charged at £5.49 for orders to the value of £49.99 or less within Northern Ireland

Delivery will be charged at £5.99 for orders to the value of £49.99 or less within Great Britain standard postcodes.

Orders over the value of £50.00 will be free of charge (applicable to orders delivered to Great Britain (standard postcodes) and Northern Ireland).

Delivery will be charged at €7.95 for deliveries to the Republic of Ireland. With Free delivery for orders over £60.
